Our basic call-out is £49
We will always talk you through any potential charges and will always offer advice first to eliminate charges altogether when possible. We may ask for videos, for instance if the bearings have gone on a washing machine we may be able to tell from the video and eliminate the call-out.

This will depend on the fault. For instance a blockage does not need parts, so we will aim to be out within 24 hours. Sometimes we already have parts and can be just as quick. When you book we can usually give you an idea of a timescale.

All our repairs have 12 months parts warranty and 3 months labour. We take a sensible approach to repairing appliances and if we cant find the problem on the first visit we will visit again for free!
Helpful Tips on Keeping Your Machines Working
Avoid overloading - never fill your machine up to the brim with clothes or detergent, it can cause the machine to struggle and eventually break down.
Clean your machines, inside and out - bacteria can build up if you don’t clean your machines, and bacteria is dangerous.
Check the hoses - if your machine’s hoses are bent, water will not flow through the machine properly. Your clothes may not end up being clean because of this.
Make sure it’s in an ideal position - you want your machine to fit wherever you place it, so we recommend to not cram it into a space too tight, otherwise your machine can struggle and eventually break down.
